Questions buyers ask us most
What materials and casting weights can you handle?
We cast gray iron GC200 to GC350 (FC250 to FC350) and ductile iron GCD400 to GCD600 (FCD400 to FCD600). Maximum single-piece weight is 10 t for gray iron and 5 t for ductile iron, with a monthly capacity of 1,000 t.
What are the ASTM, EN and JIS equivalents of your KS grades?
Approximate equivalents by minimum tensile strength, for reference. We cast to the standard and grade specified on your drawing.

What products do you mainly produce?
Medium and large castings: beds, columns, saddles, tables and heads for machine tools; casings and housings for pumps and industrial machinery; beds, gear cases and bases for export customers. All work is build-to-print from customer drawings.
How is production organized?
One integrated line in our own plant: furan no-bake molding (5, 10 and 20 t mixers), mold assembly, melting in two 2 t high-frequency induction furnaces (4,500 kg/h), pouring, finishing with hanger shot blasting, and inspection.
What quality certifications and inspection do you have?
ISO 9001:2015 (KS Q ISO 9001). Material and dimensions are verified with a 17-channel spectrometer, Brinell hardness tester, universal testing machine and marking inspection. Hyundai WIA named us Best Partner for quality in 2020.
Who are your main customers?
We are a Tier-1 supplier to Hyundai WIA and DN Solutions (formerly Doosan Machine Tools), and also supply SMEC, Daesung Hitech, Hwacheon, Smart Machine Tool, WILO and Hyundai WIA Machine Tools.
How do I request a quotation?
Email us your drawings (2D/3D), material grade, quantity and required delivery date. Patterns can be customer-supplied or produced on request. We correspond in English, Japanese and Korean and handle export packing and shipping.
